Water Tank Cleaning

Professional cleaning, installation, and maintenance of water tanks. We provide cleaning services for rooftop plastic and poly tanks, cemented and RCC underground reserve tanks, steel tanks, and large apartment or commercial reservoirs.

What makes tank water unsafe isn’t the film you can wipe off the walls. It’s the compacted layer of algae, mud, and sand sitting at the bottom that grows at the waterline. Neither can we remove it with a cloth, and scrubbing a plastic tank with a broom only scratches the surface, giving bacteria more places to settle. Removing it properly takes suction and pressure, not effort.

We recommend cleaning every 6 months for a normal household, and every three to four months for buildings running on tanker water, boring supply, or shared tanks serving many people.

Common jobs: kitchen & bathroom blockages, sewer line jetting, outdoor and roof drains, new installation services.

Drain Cleaning

Blocked kitchen sink, slow bathroom drain, backed-up sewer line we clear it without breaking your floor. We help with installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of drains.

So we’re going to clear the blockage depending on what’s causing it. Rodding and augers will remove grease and hair. High-pressure jetting is required for compacted silt and root intrusion. We work out the method before we start, so you can’t pay twice for the wrong method.

The first job that nobody wants to book till the last minute is pre-monsoon clearing. The silt and leaf debris collect in the drainage lines and roof outlets during dry periods and are pumped back up through the floor during the next big rain. They cost only as much as it would cost to clear flood damage in Jestha or early Asar.

Water Well Cleaning & Installation

Boring wells across the Valley silt up, lose yield, and turn muddy. A few weeks after your tank is cleaned and your water is still cloudy, the well that supplies it is likely the issue because the silt, leaf litter, and algae always accumulate at the bottom of the water tank and are pumped directly into it.

A well with a diminished yield may not be the end of the world. It’s choked. When the accumulated silt at the base is often cleared, they find the flow is restored, often quite unexpectedly.

We also install new wells and seal and cover damaged wells. When what you really need is a sediment filter, we’ll tell you that!

Common jobs: leak repair, burst pipes, and full repair solutions.

Pipe Repair & Replacement

Leaking pipe, low water pressure, rusty water at the tap it’s usually the pipeline, not the tank. We trace leaks without tearing up your house; full repair or replacement of burst pipes.

The intermittent supply for Kathmandu is particularly damaging on pipework. The repeated refill/replace of the water lines causes internal corrosion of old galvanised lines and when a wall gets wet, the water has most likely broken through elsewhere. If it is an electrical problem, opening the wrong wall is costly and we find the true point of failure first.

If the water in an older house tastes a bit rusty or metallic, it is almost always caused by corrosion in the GI pipe, and not by a dirty tank. That is what we will say if we come across that, it will not get any better if we clean the tank again.
